    Important Notice for transport using Finkelgruens Taxi

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    1. ERA offers you the possibility to book your local transport for ERA events at special rates using our cooperation partner Finkelgruens Taxi. ERA is not responsible for any offer concerning transport.

       

    2. Participants at ERA and ECC events pay themselves, for each trip. ERA is not a contractual party to this, and also does not accept any liability for (poor) service performance by the company Finkelgruens.

       

    3. Several participants may share a taxi. In this case a waiting period of up to max 15 minutes is deemed reasonable. The price per trip will be split among the passengers.

       

    4. Credit card payment is only possible per trip (for example you can not pay for the return journey in advance). If the price of the trip is being split among the passengers and one or more pays by credit card, please note that each of these credit card transactions costs an extra €2.00.

       

    5. If participants travelling to Luxembourg airport and main train station are travelling together in one taxi, the price will be the further distance, ie to the main train station.

       

    6. Pick-up and drop-off points in Trier are ERA and the hotels Vienna House Easy, Villa Hügel and Park Plaza. If you wish to be picked up or dropped off at any other point, the price may be higher.

     

    Wichtige Hinweise für die Beförderung durch Finkelgruens Taxi

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    1. ERA bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Beförderungsleistungen bei Finkelgruens Taxi zu Vorzugspreisen zu buchen. ERA bietet in eigener Verantwortung keinerlei Beförderungsleistungen an.

       

    2. Teilnehmern an ERA-Seminaren und anderen Veranstaltungen, die von der ERA oder im ERA Conference Centre durchgeführt werden, sind Selbstzahler und zahlen pro Fahrt. ERA ist weder Ihr Vertragspartner noch haftet sie für (mangelhafte) Leistungen der Firma Finkelgruens.

       

    3. Es dürfen mehrere Teilnehmer pro Fahrt mitgenommen werden. In diesem Fall ist eine Wartezeit bis maximal 15 Minuten zumutbar. Der Preis pro Fahrt wird dann anteilmäßig pro Fahrgast geteilt.

       

    4. Kreditkartenzahlungen werden grundsätzlich nur pro Fahrt akzeptiert. Wird im Falle einer anteilmäßigen Zahlung des Fahrpreises mit Kreditkarte gezahlt, fällt eine Gebühr von €2,- pro genutzte Kreditkarte an.

       

    5. Wenn bei einer Fahrt mit mehreren Teilnehmern Luxemburg Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof gleichzeitig angefahren werden, gilt der Preis zum oder vom Hauptbahnhof Luxemburg.

       

    6. Abfahrts- bzw. Anfahrtsorte in Trier sind die ERA bzw. das Vienna House Easy, das Hotel Villa Hügel oder das Park Plaza Hotel. Sollten Sie anderswo in Trier abgeholt bzw. hingefahren werden, ist die Zahlung eines Aufpreises erlaubt.

     


    Möchten Sie ein Taxi für  ERA Seminare bzw. ECC Veranstaltungen bestellen, so nutzen Sie bitte eines der unten stehenden Formulare in deutscher oder englischer Sprache! Wir werden diese Aufträge zuverlässig ausführen.

     

    Um Ihre Abfahrten (von Hotel oder ERA nach Flughafen oder Bahnhof) besser planen und organisieren zu können, werden die Abholzeiten zu jeder vollen Stunde stattfinden.

     

    Beispiel: Ihr Flug startet um 18:15 Uhr, CheckIn Zeit ist dann 16:15 Uhr, 30 min. Fahrzeit nach Luxemburg, dann läge die Abholzeit am Hotel bei 15:00 Uhr. 

     

    Fahrzeiten zu diversen Flughäfen: Luxemburg = ca. 30 Minuten; Frankfurt Hahn = ca. 1 Stunde; Frankfurt Int. Flughafen = ca. 2 Stunden

    If you’d like to order a taxi for ERA/ECC seminars, kindly use one of the forms below in German or English. All orders will be dealt with efficiently and reliably.

    In order to plan and to organise the transfers for you properly, the pickup times from the hotel or ERA will be every full .

    For example: Your flight will take off at 18:15 h, checkin time will be than 16:15 h, we need 30 minutes transfertime to Luxemburg airport, so the pickuptime from the hotel would 15:00 h!

    Transfertimes to several airports: Luxemburg airport = 30 minutes; Frankfurt Hahn = 1 Hour; Frankfurt International = 2 Hours
